It was a beautiful evening for some good old-fashioned hard work DPing up Annursnac Hill.  A great turnout.  A few photos:

Rain and Dampness

I had a nice 30 min. roll before practice and it didn't rain.  As soon as we started practice, it started to rain.  Oh well, at least I stayed dry for a while.  The rain did not dampen anyone's spirits though and we had a good specific strength workout.  Post-workout photos missing Julia K, Leah and Cate, who had to get Julia to the train on time:

Barnburner in Littleton

Wow, where did spring go.  40s and pouring last weekend to 90s this weekend.  Such is springtime in New England!  A big turnout today, even without all the kids that were off taking SATs.  It was a hot one, even before we got started, so a relaxed pace and shorter loops.
