It's the time of year where we do some hillbounding before core on Fridays, and last week was a doozy. With a tornado watch in effect, we figured we'd be able to watch the tornadoes better from the top of a big hill, and 20 foolish souls turned out for what ended up being a super quality workout in the driving rain. Luckily, we saw neither tornadoes nor lightning, and most skiers got in 4 reps, some masochists going for 5. Then, because we're all about having fun, we did our strength workout in the grass, in the rain.
People wonder how skiers from eastern MA get so tough...
